Privacy Policy

What we collect

If you join the mailing list, we store your email address and the date you signed up. If you create an account, we additionally store the products and shops you choose to track, so we can alert you when a price moves.

We collect standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — which are retained for 30 days and used for security and debugging.

What we do not collect

We do not collect payment card details. We do not buy personal data from third parties, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your data to anyone.

Google User Data

If you choose to log in using Google, we access your basic Google profile information (specifically your email address, name, and profile picture) solely to create and authenticate your AtLowest account. This data is stored securely in our database and is used only to provide you with the AtLowest service, such as sending price alerts and maintaining your watchlists. We strictly adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy. We do not share your Google user data with any third parties, and it is never used for advertising purposes. You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time through your Google Security Settings, and you can delete your AtLowest account and all associated data at any time.

Why we process it

• To send the price alerts and emails you asked for.
• To keep your saved products and watchlists working.
• To detect abuse and keep the service available.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful — never to profile you individually.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links to shops are affiliate links. When you follow one, the destination shop may record that the visit came from us, in order to attribute a commission. That attribution is handled entirely by the shop and their affiliate network under their own privacy policies — we do not receive your order contents or your payment details.

Cookies

We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your region. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

How long we keep things

Mailing list entries are kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept until you delete your account, after which it is removed within 30 days. Server logs are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. Email the address below and we will action the request within 30 days. Every marketing email also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and notify anyone on the mailing list before the change takes effect.
