Refund & Cancellation Policy

Things you bought at a shop

This is the most common reason people land on this page, so it goes first: AtLowest does not sell products. If you bought something at a shop after following a link from us, your order, payment, delivery, warranty and refund are all between you and that shop, under their returns policy. We cannot cancel, refund, or track that order, because we never receive it.

If a shop refuses a refund you believe you are owed, we can’t overrule them — but do tell us, because a pattern of complaints changes whether we keep listing them.

Free plan

The free tier costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it or delete your account at any time.

Paid plans

If and when paid plans are offered, the following applies.

• Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• 7-day refund. Ask within 7 days of a first subscription payment and we refund it in full, no reason needed.
• Renewals. If a renewal charges you unexpectedly and you have not meaningfully used the service in that period, write to us — we will generally refund it.
• Service failure. If we fail to deliver what the plan promised for a sustained period, we refund the affected period whether or not you ask within 7 days.

How to request one

Email the address below from the account’s registered email, with the payment reference. We aim to respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please write to us before raising a chargeback. It is nearly always faster, and a chargeback filed without contact may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
