What AtLowest is

AtLowest is an information service. We track publicly listed prices across online shops, keep a history of them, and publish our assessment of whether a given discount is genuine. We are not a shop. We do not hold stock, process payments, ship goods, or handle returns.

Prices are indicative

Prices change constantly and are captured at a moment in time. The price you see on AtLowestmay differ from the price at checkout because of timing, stock, region, currency conversion, shop-side errors, or promotions that we could not see. Always confirm the final price with the shop before you buy. The shop’s own listing is authoritative; ours is not.

Our verdicts are opinions

“Buy”, “wait” and similar verdicts are our editorial and algorithmic assessment of the price history we hold. They are not financial advice, and they are not a guarantee that a price will fall. You are responsible for your own purchasing decisions.

Affiliate relationships

We may earn a commission when you follow a link to a shop and make a purchase. This never changes what you pay, and it does not influence our verdicts — a shop cannot pay to be called cheapest, and a genuine “wait” is published even when it costs us the commission.

Acceptable use

• Don’t scrape, bulk-download, or resell our price history. It is the thing we actually build.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, or circumvent rate limits.
• Don’t use the service to break the law or to infringe anyone else’s rights.

We may suspend accounts that do these things, usually after a warning.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been compromised. You can close your account at any time.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change or be withdrawn. We will give reasonable notice before removing something you depend on.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bagspace is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss arising from a price being inaccurate or a predicted drop not occurring. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
