A price looks wrong
Tell us, please. Wrong price data is the one bug that actually costs our users money, so it jumps the queue. Include the page you were looking at and what the shop was showing you at the time.
Privacy requests
To request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, email us from the address on the account. We action these within 30 days. See the Privacy Policy for what we hold.
Shops and partnerships
If you run a shop and your listings are being represented incorrectly, write to us and we will look into it. To be clear about what we can’t offer: placement and verdicts are not for sale, and we won’t suppress a price history because it is unflattering.
